Attalos Hotel is conveniently situated for easy access to Athens most important historical monuments, shopping districts, as well as restaurants and cafe-bars, giving you the chance to enjoy Athens famous nightlife.
Transportation from the Airport:
By Metro: From the Airport, you will take Line 3 (blue line) and get off at Monastiraki metro station. You will take Athinas Street exit and continue to the left. Our hotel is located 100 m away on 29 Athinas Street. The duration of the trip is approx. 40 minutes. The ticket costs 10 euro per person. Metro rail operates on a daily basis from 6.30am to 23.30pm (from the airport to Monastiraki)and from Monastiraki to the airport from 5.38 am to 23.04 pm .Please always check the timetables at www.stasy.gr in case there is any change in the schedules.
By Bus (especially when metro does not operate): You will take Bus X95 from the Airport and you get off at Syntagma square. From there, you can walk down Ermou str and at the traffic lights on Athinas street you will turn right. After 100 meters, you will see us at the left hand side. If you have many luggage, you can take a taxi to the Hotel as it is really close. The duration of the trip from airport to Syntagma is apr. 1 hour and there is bus every 20 minutes, 24 hours. The ticket fare is 6 euro p.p.
By Taxi: There are many taxis outside the airport any time you arrive. You shall pay around 40 euro in daytime and around 54 euro at night. The duration of the trip is approx. 45 minutes. If the taxi driver asks for more money, please come to the reception of the hotel before you pay him.
Transportation from Piraeus port:
By metro: The terminal is across the port. You will take the Green Line and get off at Monastiraki station. Take Athinas Street metro exit and continue to the left. Our hotel is located 100 m away on 29 Athinas Street. The duration of the trip is half an hour and the public transport ticket costs 1.20 euro per person . You can check the schedules at www.stasy.gr .
By taxi : There is a taxi station at the port , the cost is around 20-25 euro and the duration of the ride is approx. 20 minutes.
Attention: When using the public transportation, do not forget to validate your ticket (valid for 90 minutes for any transportation means) and please be careful with your personal belongings.
